Exchange/Refund Policy

• Company will not be responsible for any exchange or refund for damages or matters appear from customer side.
• Company will bear the cost if the item damage were coming from our side.
• Company will only responsible in the situation whereby the item that has been  delivered there is a different in term of the size than the size ordered by customer where customer shall deliver the goods not less than 5 days working calendar on the currier date and cost of courier shall be borne by APFI SB.
• No exchangeable or refund for item that sold in good hand.

Delivery Policy

• Company will not be responsible for any damage during the shipment process.
• Delivery of the said Items will be received between 7 days and customer will be advise  on the currier date and delivery of the said items accordingly.
